Shipping

Domestic Shipping

 

Please allow 3- 5 business days does not include weekends for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped. Once the shipping label is created you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. Please Note: If your tracking number shows unavailable it means USPS hasn't updated it yet, please be patient and check back on your tracking info within a few hrs.

 

 

International Shipping 

 

We are currently not shipping international. If you are a buyer or a retail store international and would like to do business please contact us via email.

 

 

Free Shipping  

 

Free Shipping will only be offered if total amount exceeds to a total of $100 or over before taxes. Free shipping will not count if total and taxes equal the total $100 or over. The total amount at check out has to be over or a total of $100. Shipping fee will be took off before checking out in your cart automatically once total of order before taxes exceeds. We may decide to change the total price of what a order must exceed in order to get free shipping at anytime by reading this you agree that you understand our free shipping policy. 

Returns

How to Return  

 

No Returns  at the moment.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

If items are shipped damaged by On The Avenue Apparel and received damaged by customer notify us right away and we will refund or ship out another item at no extra charges (Shipping Covered) damaged items must be return within 10 days from receiving item. If items are sent incorrect by On The Avenue Apparel and customer does not want item we will send a new shipping label to return wrong items and send out the correct items at no additional charge (Shipping Covered) Incorrect Items must be in new condition before customer is shipping and after.

 

Exchanges/Refunds  

 

Unfortunately no cancellations , refunds , exchanges or returns at the moment for online purchases unless wrong size or color was sent in error by On The Avenue Apparel. Exchanged items in error can not be worn and must have all tags and labels attached before shipping. Customer will receive return label and will have 10 days to ship back item. If customer wants refund due to a inconvenience of the wrong sizes or color being shipped all items must be shipped back from customer within 5 days and will be confirmed by customer service that all items are in new condition with no stains , smoke , deodorant marks or animal hair before customer gets refund. If items are returned in a damaged condition customer will not get a refund.
